Most Shimbashi drinking spots close before midnight, but if you've somehow managed to miss the last train, Dedesuke is certainly worth knowing about. Open until 4am, this casual izakaya serves budget wines, a handful of well-chosen sake, and great charcoal-grilled pork, chicken, and A5-grade beef. Budget around Y2500-4000 for food and drink.
