The Nagoya outpost of the famous Alsace restaurant, which has been awarded three Michelin stars for forty years in a row, occupies a rather grand dining room and offers an impressive skyscraper view. Lunch menus are Y2,940-8,400; dinners are Y6,800-15,000. Wines range from around Y6,500 to Y250,000 per bottle, and include a good selection of Alsatian labels.
