Twenty-two different hamburgers are served at this American-themed burger joint, with some unusual variations like Cream of Spinach Mushroom Burger, Guacamole Cream-Cheese Burger, and the Niagara Burger, topped with a four-cheese blend of Parmesan, Mozzarella, Gorgonzola and Boursin.
The Special Smoked Bacon Burger features the shop's excellent home-smoked bacon, along with very ripe tomatoes, raw onions and a tangy sauce. The beef in the patties is coarsely ground and retains a bit of chewiness. Shoestring fries - thinly cut, well-salted and perfectly crisp - come with all the burgers and sandwiches.
Beverage options include Dr. Pepper and other sodas, milk shakes (Oreo Cookie, Chocolate Banana), fresh mint lemonade (hot or iced), and espresso beverages made with beans from Costa Coffee. On the alcohol side of the menu there's house wine and more than a dozen bottled beers from labels like Hitachino Nest, Yokohama Beer and Kona Brewing.
The dining room is spacious, with some outdoor seating on the front terrace, and service is efficient. On Saturdays and Sundays they're open through the afternoon, and on Mondays they're open only for lunch. The shop is located in one corner of the Kanagawa Arts Theater building.
