The New York-style bagels here are based (more or less) on the recipes of the Ess-a-Bagel shop in New York. The ten flavors range from classics like rock salt, poppy seed and onion to original creations like rice-flour bagels and seven-grain honey-fig. Like genuine New York bagels, the ones produced here are properly dense and chewy.

The shop also sells simple bagel sandwiches (flavored cream cheese, egg salad, smoked salmon) to take out at lunchtime. They may close early if they sell out.
