Housed in an oversized hut on wheels, Beer Brain is now in at least its fifth location in the Omotesando area. It's currently parked in the Commune B-Flat outdoor dining complex, just a few meters away from another beer truck, Kokage Beer Stand, for easy bar-hopping.

Beer Brain was the first craft-beer bar in the area to offer beers from multiple breweries, and they still do so even though they now have their own production facility in Chiba. The bar is equipped with five taps, and a recent tap list included beers from Teenage Brewing and Minami Shinshu as well as their own brews. Prices start at around Y700 for a small glass.
