Original deep-dish pizzas and grilled meats are the specialties of the house here, served along with a handful of craft beers from Tokyo's Rio Brewery. Chicago-inspired pies feature a tasty, slightly chewy crust and a filling of thick tomato sauce stuffed with ingredients like cheese, salami, bacon, jalapenos, herbs and spices. Flavors are well balanced, and they don't skimp on the toppings.

The Black and White Cheese pizza is the most unusual of the pies here, and notable for its impressively high cheese content. Baked in a black-colored, slightly chewy crust, it's practically a cheese soup - a tasty four-cheese mix that includes a knockout gorgonzola. It may not be traditional pizza, but it is a unique treat for cheese lovers.

The pizza lunch special (minimum two people) is a good deal, as it comes with an appetizer platter, soup and free refills from the drinks bar along with your choice of six pizzas.

Note that deep-dish pizzas take 20-30 minutes to prepare from the time you order, so an appetizer plan is advised at dinnertime. There are plenty of apps to choose from, ranging from Fried Brussels Sprouts to Avocado Crab Tartar and Truffle-flavored Beef Rillettes.

In addtion to pizzas, the grill side of the menu features roast chicken with Cajun spices, grilled Shimanto pork, grilled Yamagata wagyu beef, and multiple sausage options. Charcuterie platters, numerous salads and fried delicacies round out the evening menu.
