Rang Mang's fried chicken comes in at the juicy end of the scale rather than super-crisp, although the crust does have a pleasing crunch to it. The chicken is all thigh meat, with your choice of salt, soy sauce or "original" seasoning and several dips like tartar sauce and sweet chili sauce to liven things up. Chicken and salad combo plates are popular, and soup and potato salad can be added on. Seating is in the food court section of the Mark IS complex.
