Kubota sake from Niigata is the specialty at this mostly-standing sake bar in the Parco "Chaos Kitchen" basement restaurant floor. There are also around seventy or eighty other sake choices, a good number of them with attractively designed labels. Sake starts at Y500 a shot, and there's a light food menu.
