Liquors Hasegawa North
Phone: 03-3271-4085
Open 10am-9pm (Sat, Sun -8pm) daily.

An amazing selection of hundreds of craft beers - both domestic and imported - can be found in the refrigerators and shelves of this underground liquor shop, along with a decent selection of sake, wines and liquors. (If you're after whiskey though, Hasegawa's nearby eastern branch is the place to go.)
This is probably one of the two best craft-beer shops in Tokyo, and is much more accessible than its counterpart World Beer Market in Kita-Senju.
