A popular all-day budget chain, Senkichi offers dozens of varieties of curry udon, with dozens more optional toppings. The "creative" curry here is golden yellow in color and seems to be at least partly inspired by Vietnamese cuisine. It goes well with the optional tempura-fried shrimp kakiage, which gradually soaks up the intense curry flavors as the crunchy bits crumble into the soup. Cheese and toasted garlic toppings also enhance the curry experience.
