This chain of upscale izakaya (which also runs Megu in New York) is popular for their good food and lively, stylish decor. A specialty of the house is their charcoal-grilled meats and vegetables on skewers; the selection includes a full range of yakitori from premium heirloom-breed chicken, Maezawa beef, foie gras, pork filet and pork tongue, asparagus, kabocha and various mushrooms. Budget around Y6000 at dinnertime for food and drink; Y1000 at lunchtime.
