This Toyosu branch of the American theme restaurant offers a nice nighttime view of Tokyo Bay plus an impressive variety of shrimp and seafood dishes, baby-back ribs, and festive, brightly colored cocktails, some of which light up.
The Shrimper's Heaven combo platter is a good choice for the indecisive - four varieties of grilled and fried shrimp are accompanied by three different dipping sauces, all of them quite delectable. "Dixie-style" ribs - the other specialty of the house - are tender, meaty and flavorful, served with an excellent tangy cole slaw in addition to well-executed fries.
Miso Shrimp Salad (a local Japanese menu addition) is well assembled and quite hefty, and makes a nice starter. There's also an attractive lineup of desserts, from the Alabama Brownie (served with vanilla ice cream and espresso sauce) to the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae and the Matcha Bread Pudding (another Japan-only dish).
Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Budget around Y4,000-6,000 per person for dinner with drinks.
