Though the Hankyu branch of Blue Bottle was designed by an accomplished architectural firm, because of its proximity to clothing boutiques it still feels like you're in a department store, albeit in a tastefully furnished, barista-staffed corner of one. Regardless, it's a reliable spot for a quick coffee in the heart of Sannomiya, and they offer the usual lineup of well-made espresso drinks, drip coffees, pastries and light snacks.
