The excellent gourmet burgers here are made with domestic Japanese beef and premium topping ingredients, and come in three sizes - mini (shown in the photo), regular and double. They pour well-selected craft beers and cider from five taps, and there's also a handful of canned beers and ciders to explore in the beer fridge. The shop is open all day long, so you can pop in for a late lunch or a mid-afternoon beer and snack.
Beef burger variations include a nice meaty Swiss Cheese Mushroom Burger (actually made with gruyere), Western BBQ, Gorgonzola-Pineapple, and their signature Craft Burger Deluxe, made with thick-sliced bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, special sauce, Tasmanian spicy mustard, and ketchup.
There are also several non-beef options - pulled pork, spicy chicken, chicken teriyaki. The grilled salmon sandwich includes avocado and dill aioli sauce. Truffle fries and pulled-pork nachos are among the side dishes, and they go well with a craft beer or two. Shakes come in six flavors.
Seating is at the big counter running the length of the shop, a small counter facing the front window, or a handful of tables. Low-volume hiphop and R&B plays on the sound system.
