Located midway along one of Umeda's sprawling underground malls, Chuoken is one of the rare places in town where you can find Nagasaki-style noodle dishes. Our favorite is their sara-udon - stir-fried seafood, pork and vegetables in a thick sauce, served over a bed of crunchy ramen noodles. (There are also several other branches scattered around town.)
