This popular Kansai-based chain serves classic Japanese curries and fried-rice omelets at their brightly lit counter shops. They're best known for their katsu curry, which comes with deep-fried pork cutlet and is topped with a rich, spicy roux that incorporates European-style fond de veau and Indian spices.

Other curry varieties feature deep-fried prawns, deep-fried oysters, and seasonal vegetables, while optional toppings include mozzarella, Hokkaido buttered corn, poached eggs, and boiled shrimp. Curries start at just Y781.
