This popular Kansai curry shop serves classic "European-style" curry, with a roux made from a blend of Indian spices simmered in a European-style fond de veau. Their signature beef curry comes in a thick, richly flavored roux, with tender chunks of beef, gooey mozzarella cheese and good amount of heat.

Other curry varieties feature pork cutlet (katsu curry), deep-fried prawns, deep-fried oysters, and seasonal vegetables, while optional toppings include mozzarella, Hokkaido buttered corn, poached eggs, and boiled shrimp. Fried-rice omelettes (omu-rice) are another specialty of the house.

This branch of San Marco is a fairly large lunch counter located inside Isetan's basement food floor. If you don't have time to stop in, they also sell convenient take-out packs of curry if you want to try some at home. Curries start at just Y801.
