Ringer Hut is a popular Kyushu-based shop that specializes in two different regional ramen noodle dishes from Nagasaki. Sara-udon is made with crisp fried ramen noodles topped with vegetables, pork and seafood in a thick sauce, while Nagasaki champon is very similar, but served in a tasty pork-based soup. Side dishes include gyoza dumplings (regular, cheese, and mentaiko-cheese) and fried rice.
