A very local sake brewery, Librom has an attached bar where you can try their newest creations. These cover the range from experimental sakes in flavors like mint and cola to more traditional brews. You can order tasting flights of three small (45ml) glasses, along with sake-friendly snacks like firefly-squid tempura and celery spring rolls.
