Run by the popular New York-based bakery chain, The City Bakery Bar & Burger Rubin offers a wide line-up of burgers and grilled sandwiches for here or to go. Their burgers are some of the best in town, featuring hefty meat patties and well-balanced condiments, and they're quite reasonably priced.

In the mornings Rubin serves a breakfast menu featuring Eggs Benedict and French Toast. Coffee is prepared using beans from Tokyo's excellent Obscura Coffee Roasters. Pastries and other desserts are available all day long.
