The innovative cocktail menu here was designed by World Champion Bartender Michito Kaneko along with four other world-class bartenders, with an emphasis on sustainable ingredients and delicious flavors.

Some of the past limited-edition creations here have been the "Gentle Cooler" (Don Julio Reposado, Guatemalan rum, Elderflower sour syrup, plum) and the "Summer Pillow" (Glenmorangie, goat cheese, raspberry juice, honey, cinnamon stick, raspberry flakes).
