One of Fukuoka's most popular pizzerias, Da Gaetano prepares legit Neapolitan-style pizzas in a wood-burning oven. Pizzas are made from top-grade San Felice flour and topped with fresh mozzarella that's flown in from Italy, while vegetables are grown locally by an Italian farmer.

In addition to pizzas they serve Italian main dishes, pastas, appetizers and desserts. Eight wines are poured by the glass, while beer options include Fukuoka Craft Beer in bottles and Peroni on tap. There is some outdoor terrace seating for when the weather permits.
