Taiwan ramen is a regional ramen style that's quite popular in the Nagoya area. It isn't from Taiwan at all, but was invented by a Taiwanese chef in Nagoya in the 1970s, and this Kanda branch is the Tokyo outpost of the original Nagoya shop where it was first served. Faithful to the original recipe, they serve a very spicy bowl, filled with ground pork, bean sprouts, garlic and chili peppers in a chicken-based broth.

The shop is open all afternoon on weekends. (Saturdays 11am-11:30pm, Sundays 11am-10:30pm.)
