Meat sushi is the specialty here - it's like regular sushi but with morsels of top-quality meat instead of fish. The meat is mostly cooked but sometimes raw, and sushi by the piece comes with toppings like Iberico pork, foie gras, beef tongue, horsemeat and wagyu sukiyaki.

Nikuzushi's tour de force is a dish called "torisashi platter," which is very thinly sliced, fatty cuts of beef short ribs, seared with a blowtorch at your table and seasoned with salt and pepper. Budget around Y3500 for food and drink at dinnertime.
