A popular New York-based burger chain, Bareburger offers highly customizable burgers along with a couple of craft beers (Sierra Nevada, Fat Tire) on tap. The burger experience here relies heavily on the appeal of the special toppings, such as guacamole and salsa on the "El Matador" and pimento cheese, crispy onions and fried egg on the "Buck Wild." Even the "Standard Burger" (Y1280 with fries) is dominated by its topping of sweet sauteed onions and special sauce.
Sandwich offerings include the Buttermilk Buffalo (buttermilk-fried chicken with blue cheese) and the Shroom (wild-mushroom pate with alfalfa sprouts and tomatoes). If you arrive after 4pm there's also an interesting list of inexpensive side dishes like jalapeno quesadillas, hummus with chips, chili-mayo beans and fried corn, priced at Y300 each.
In addition to craft beers you can choose organic wines and cocktails, shakes and lemonade. The dining area isn't enclosed, but opens onto one of the restaurant floors of Tokyu Plaza Ginza; there's a small counter in addition to several tables.
