The third branch of the popular beer bar chain, CBM offers a variety of microbrew beers priced at a very reasonable Y780 per US pint (smaller glasses are Y480, and there's a small table charge). The bar's thirty taps dispense mostly Japanese craft beers, with a few standard lagers (Heartland, Ebisu) and a few US imports. The food is above average, with tempting dishes like roast duck a l'orange and rotisserie chicken as well as more casual bar snacks.
This book will introduce you to more than twenty of Japan's favorite specialty foods that are less well known abroad, along with a guide to the best places in Tokyo to try them and expert tips on what to order. From Bento.com.
