Kichijoji: Beer bar
Bicke (Kichijoji: Beer bar)
Open 5pm-midnight (from 1pm weekends). Closed Wednesdays.
Sun: Open Sundays

The very spacious Bicke feels like an old-fashioned Tokyo bar, with dark wooden furnishings, a big-screen TV showing sports, and bouncy eighties R&B on the sound system. The beer selection is mostly Belgian, and mostly by the bottle, although if you check out the beer fridge you might find some US and other international craft beers not yet on the menu.

The eight taps also include two or three Japanese craft beers, and a German beer. Food is fancier-than-average bar fare - fried chicken, Caesar salads, spareribs, a risotto of the day. Prices are around average.
