Tokyu Department Store's flagship store is particularly noteworthy for their excellent wine shop, located in the basement food hall. They have one of the better department-store selections in town, in a full range of price categories, and sometimes they're willing to take special orders (especially if you know the name of the distributor). The food hall also has a branch of Meijiya supermarket and a couple dozen kiosks selling ready-to-eat meals and side dishes to take home.
