This popular beer bar serves very good sausages in enticing original varieties like mushroom-truffle, coriander-lemon, spinach-lotus root, and venison, with a mixed platter of five sausages priced at Y2800. They also prepare nice roast chicken, and serve the full line-up of craft beers from Yoho Brewery in Karuizawa, including seasonal specials. Budget around Y3500 for dinner with drinks.
