A popular New York-based burger chain, Bareburger offers an interesting assortment of specialty burgers and sandwiches along with a couple of craft beers (Sierra Nevada, Fat Tire) on tap. Burgers have names like El Matador (guacamole and salsa) and Buck Wild (pimento cheese and fried egg), and most are priced at around Y1700, although the very deluxe Tomorrow Burger, made with A5-grade wagyu, is Y2980.
Sandwiches include the Buttermilk Buffalo (buttermilk-fried chicken with blue cheese) and the Shroom (wild-mushroom pate with alfalfa sprouts and tomatoes). Drinks include organic wines and cocktails, shakes and lemonade. The dining area isn't enclosed, but opens onto one of the restaurant floors of Tokyu Plaza Ginza; there's also a small counter.
