Located conveniently close to Nagoya station, this spacious specialty beer bar dispenses eleven beers on draft - seven Japanese craft beers, three craft imports and one major brewer during our last visit. For the indecisive drinker there's a five-glass tasting flight, and if can't find anything on tap they also offer a good selection of bottled beers.
There's ample food too, casual drink-friendly fare like buttermilk fried chicken and pizzas. Maybe it's the size, or maybe the setup, but the bar has a bit of a corporate feel to it. It's got decent beers though and a great location, so it's worth a look. Open from 11:30am on weekends.
This book will introduce you to more than twenty of Japan's favorite specialty foods that are less well known abroad, along with a guide to the best places in Tokyo to try them and expert tips on what to order. From Bento.com.
