Innovative Pacific Rim cuisine, convenient late-night hours, friendly service, and a large, well-chosen New World wine list. The atmosphere has the feel of a comfortable neighborhood bistro.

The food menu promises adventure, an ever-changing selection with tastes ranging from sea urchin and ikura with green tea noodles to Louisiana shrimp. Richly flavored grilled venison made a dramatic starter, and the garlicky Caesar salad with aged mimolette was well above average.

Our cod in red almond curry was also very impressive, with a Thai-style curry sauce that nicely balanced the other flavors and ingredients without overwhelming them. The wine list has several good selections in the under-Y6000 category, plus several varieties by the glass. Budget around Y5000-7500 for dinner and drinks.
