One of Tokyo's premier sake pubs, Akaoni offers around 100 varieties at any given time. The daily specials menu is the best place to start - it offers many hard-to-find labels from small craft breweries, and we've made some worthwhile discoveries with a little help from the staff. The diverse menu of snacks is also very good, with lots of unusual and creative small dishes that are chosen to go well with sake.
